The portion on "brand attributes" really reminds me of the way you define a brand's voice and tone.

I'd like to compare Joe Tradii's article to Sarah Gibbons article at Nielsen/Norman https://www.nngroup.com/articles/ux-brand-terms-defined/ ... Joe's article focuses on Apple and Sarah uses a few more examples to help give examples of a brand framework.
